摘要
针对工况变化频繁的焙烧炉焙烧过程,融合仿人智能、遗传算法和模糊控制提出一种智能控制方法-(AIGFC),其具有高度模拟人智能行为、实现全局次最优控制、能根据被控对象当前特征迅速地做出相应决策、克服在实际控制过程中存在稳态性和准确性之间矛盾无法消除现象的能力。基于此并给出了工业焙烧控制过程中预焙阳极焙烧炉温控制改进方案,在计算机下建模仿真显示AIGFC在实施中的跟踪能力、鲁棒性、抗干扰能力都明显优于常规控制,且算法简单、易于实现,所以很适用于工业过程控制。
The AIGFC - Apery Intelligence, Genetic and Fuzzy Control, is developed for the baking process of the furnace, whose operating conditions change frequently. The whole system consists ofapery intelligence, genetic algorithms and fuzzy control, having the high apery intelligence behaviors, carrying out a sub-super control of overall situation, making correspondingly the decisions quickly according to the current characteristic of the object and overcoming the phenomenon of inconsistency of the steady and veracity, and applies to improve the control methods of the temperature of the Anode pre-baking furnace in the baking process industry, and by means of the computer to set up to mode and simulate basing on it. The results show it at the abilities of orientation, robust, anti-interference, is all obvious super to the normal control and more suitable for the control of the process in industry control.
