焦炭塔的剩余寿命评估与安全生产 被引量:3

摘要 论证了焦炭塔使用寿命及安全评估与安全生产的意义。指出温差应力是影响焦炭塔使用寿命的主要因素。由于温差应力大、结构不甚合理以及检修质量问题,塔体与裙座连接焊缝开裂周期越来越短、开裂越来越严重,使之成为影响焦炭塔使用寿命的关键因素。评估结果认为,焦炭塔的剩余使用寿命是由疲劳试验结果决定的。焦炭塔剩余寿命评估为延迟焦化装置的安全生产奠定了基础。 This article demonstrates of service life of coke drum and its safety assessment as well as the significance of safety in production; points out that the temperature-differential stress is a key factor of effecting service life of coke drum.Owing to big temperature-differen- tial stress,and unreasonable structure,the con- nection welding between the drum body and skirt support has been cracked in shorter and shorter period,the crack getting more serious and more serious that becomes the key factor of effecting service life of coke drum.From evalua- tion,it is believed that residual life of coke drum is decided by the result of fatigue test.Residual life evaluation establishes a foundation of safety production of delay coking unit.
