摘要
对中国石油化工股份有限公司长岭分公司油品管理处成品车间付陆城码头90号汽油管线穿孔原因进行了详细分析,指出主要是由于管线防腐层局部损伤,致使防腐层抗渗透破坏能力减弱,从而发生小孔腐蚀和硫酸盐还原茵腐蚀,最终导致管线局部腐蚀穿孔,并非人为破坏。作者建议更换防腐层材料、优化管线吊装方法,加强埋地管线运行中的防腐检测可使问题得到解决。
Detailed analyzes the cause of perfora- tions on #90 gasoline pipeline at Fulucheng Dock in finished workshop of Changling Corpo- ration,point out that the perforation are not ar- tificial imposed,mainly caused by the local dam- age of anticorrosion layer of pipe and the perme- ation capacity of anticorrosion layer decrease, then occurred pinhole corrosion and sulfate re- ducing bacteria corrosion,finally the pipe local corrosion perforation occurred.The author proposes to replace the material of anticorrosive material,optimize pipeline lifting method and strengthen anticorrosion inspection on bury pipeline during its operation so as to avoid corro- sive perforations on pipeline caused by corro- sion.
