聚氨酯石墨涂料在高硫原油中的导电性和耐蚀性研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对高硫原油腐蚀严重的实际问题,选用聚氨酯为成膜物,填充石墨制备抗静电耐蚀涂料。研究了石墨含量和硫浓度对涂层导电性、耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:在高硫原油介质中,聚氨酯抗静电涂料中石墨加入量为35%~45%为好,其电阻率为10^(4.2)~10^(3.3)Ω·m,硫浓度变化对这种涂料的耐蚀性影响较小。 Polyurethane is selected as film form- ing material along with filling graphite to pre- pare paint of capability in antistatic and corro- sion resistance which since high sulfur crude oil having serious corrosiveness.The research is spreading on influence of graphite content and sulfur concentration on electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance of the coat.The result shows that in high sulfur crude oil medium it is better to add 35%~45% of graphite into polyu- rethane antistatic paint,in this case,the electri- cal resistance rate is about 10^(4.2)~10^(3.3)Ω·m. And sulfur concentration has less influence on the corrosion resistance of this sort of paint.
