摘要
毕业生就业指导工作是高校教育教学工作的重要组成部分,做好就业指导工作,实现高校就业工作目标意义重大。作为现代管理理论重要组成部分之一的权变理论应用于高校就业指导工作同样意义重大。在对权变理论和思想进行介绍的基础上,分析了权变理论和思想应用于就业指导工作的必要性并提出了建议。
The guidance of college student employment is an important part of higher education. It is significant for us to perfect the student employment guidance work and realize the objective of the employment. As an important component of contemporary management theory, the tactic flexibility theory applied in college student employment guidance also has significance. On the basis of introduction of tactic flexibility theory, this paper elaborates the necessity of the application of tactic flexibility theory in college student employment guidance and proposes some suggestions.
