PCR-CTPP技术在宫颈癌P73基因多态性研究中应用

摘要 采用PCR-CTPP技术检测分析新疆维吾尔族宫颈癌P73基因第二外显子G4C14-to-A4T14多态性,并与PCR-RFLP技术检测结果对比,探讨PCR-CTPP在SNP检测及分析中的应用。结果显示:经PCR-CTPP扩增出P73基因第二外显子G4C14-to-A4T14三种基因型相应的DNA片段,与DNA测序结果符合。说明PCR-CTPP技术成本较低、省时、操作简便,结果稳定可靠,对于SNP研究具有较高的应用价值。 Objective:to explore the application of PCR-CTPP and analysis of SNP. Methods: PCR-CTPP is used to detect polymorphism of p73 exon 2 G4C14-to-A4T14 in cervical carcinoma of Uygur women. Results: DNA bands of three different genotyp can be amplified by using PCR-CTPP, which is consistent with the result of the sequencing. Conclusion: PCR-CTPP is an inexpensive, easy time-saving and reliable method compared with other methods.
