肌苷对缺氧缺血性脑病新生鼠脑组织环氧合酶、钙调神经磷酸酶表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 环氧合酶(cycloogenase-2,COX-2)为诱导型前列腺素过氧化物合成酶,不仅启动炎症反应,还可抑制凋亡、促进细胞增殖和血管形成等,与缺氧缺血后脑损伤的发生、发展及预后关系密切。钙调神经磷酸酶(calcineurin,CaN)为蛋白磷酸酶2B家族成员,是目前发现的唯一受Ca^2+/钙调素调节的丝/苏氨酸蛋白磷酸酶,神经组织含量丰富,主要参与多种细胞功能调节,与神经元凋亡密切相关。肌苷可保护脑组织对缺氧缺血的损伤,但对缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)脑组织COX-2、CaN表达的影响了解甚少。本研究通过观察肌苷对新生鼠HIE脑组织COX-2、CaN表达的影响,旨在为临床应用提供理论依据。
