摘要
水利对国民经济的支撑作用,社会各界已经达成了广泛共识,但这种认识基本上是从定性的角度进行分析的,缺少定量的佐证。水利部“十五”重大科技项目“水利与国民经济协调发展研究”,揭示了水利与国民经济之间存在各种定量关系。
It is widely recognized by all circles of society that water is fundamental to the national economy. However, this recoganization is mainly from the qualitative tive term. The key science and technology project in the point of view and lack of confirmation in quantita- 10th Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Water Resources titled ＂ Study on Harmonized Water Development and National Economy＂ reveals the varied quantitative relationships between water and national economy.
