摘要
过程系统结构特性分析是确定复杂化工过程模拟最优求解方案的关键,它决定了化工过程模拟的可解性、完整性、收敛性和快速性。本文提出了新的回路识别方法,并在此基础上与改进方法相结合,利用VB编程工具开发出具有通用性和功能集成性的化工过程系统结构分析工具软件,可实现过程系统分解中的系统分隔、回路识别和系统断裂三部分分析计算功能, 并可方便地用于实际生产过程及系统过程模拟中的系统结构分析,比以往计算方式快速、收敛性好,同时还防止了片面性结果的产生。
For getting optimized complicated chemical process simulating order, it would be necessary to analyze Process System Structure Property (PSSP) which controls simulating with resolution, integration, convergence and time consumption. Based on modified methods and a new method for Circuit Searching put forward in this article, an all-purpose chemical tool-software for PSSP analysis was developed by using Visual Basic. With it, the three parts of System Analysis, System Partitioning, Circuit Searching and System Tearing, would be easy enough. Actually, the tool can easily be applied to real flows or process simulation. In comparison with traditional way, using the tool would save a lot of time, enhance convergence and avoid partial conclusion as well.
