重点分析了锥形装刀卡套(SK)和中空锥形装刀卡套(HSK)的特点及应用;介绍了热装夹和压力收缩装刀卡套结构及特点;解释了液压夹紧轴套的原理并介绍了其应用场合;此外,还介绍如DFC、低噪声和金刚石涂层等新型刀具。

Wood working tooling has been rapidly innovated and exploited with the development of wood based materials and wood processing machines in the world. New clamping systems, low noise tooling, thin kerr saw blades, update cutters and their application were introduced in the paper. The characteristics and application of adaptors such as collet chuck with steep taper（SK） and collet chuck with hollow taper （HSK） were analyzed and explained. New adaptors of Thermal Collet and Pressure Shrinking Collet were described as well. The mechanism and application of hydro sleeves were deeply stated and discussed. Some new cutters such as Dust Flow Control（DFC）, low noise cutters, diamond coated tooling etc. were introduced in paper.
