摘要
采用UV-Vis光谱法研究了在pH=7.00的缓冲溶液中中性红(NR)-铜(Ⅱ)配合物与β-环糊精(β-CD)的结合作用。NR形成金属配合物NR-Cu(Ⅱ)后,结合β-CD的数目大大增加,体现了金属配合物与β-CD作用的特殊性。NR-Cu(Ⅱ)金属配合物与β-CD作用迅速,作用体系稳定,并建立了以NR-Cu(Ⅱ)配合物测定β-CD的分光光度法。NR-Cu(Ⅱ)-β-CD包合缔合物的结合比为nNR:nCu(Ⅱ):nβ-CD=1:2:35,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.74×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1,NR-β-CD配合物与β-CD作用的表观结合常数K=1.97×10^119。β-CD的浓度在0~199.5mg·L^-1范围内遵守比耳定律(R=0.9956),桑德尔灵敏度为0.066μg·cm^-2,样品加标回收率为99.3%~100.8%,相对标准偏差为1.40%~2.26%。
The interaction of Nature Red(NR) - Cu(Ⅱ) with β - cyclodextrin(β - CD) was studied by UV - Vis spectrophotometric method in buffer solution (pH = 7.00). The formation of complexes NR - Cu(Ⅱ) far and away increases the count of incorporate β - CD. This is the peculiarity of interaction between β - CD with NR - Cu (Ⅱ) complexes. Interaction between β - CD with NR - Cu (Ⅱ) is expeditious. Impact system is equable. Mcasurement methodology of β - CD is established. The apparent molar absorptivity of ε = 1.74×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1; Conditional constants were defined, nNR : nCu (Ⅱ) : nβ-CD = 1 : 2 : 35; Condition combine constant of NR - Cu (Ⅱ) and β - CD K = 1.97×10^119; Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~199.5 mg·L^-1 and the sandell sensitivity is 0.066 μg·cm^-2 for the determination of β - CD(R = 0.9956); The recovery of the method for the deterruination and the relative standard deviation of β - CD were 99.3%~100.8% and 1.40%~2.26%.
