摘要
在拍摄纺织纤维截面切片时,全自动控制显微镜需要解决多焦面问题。在本文提出的方法中,将纺织纤维截面切片按一定规则划分为多个子区域,以子区域为单位进行聚焦判别,然后将各个子区域的计算结果进行合并,并对各区域边界进行灰度平均。实验结果表明,此方法采集到的图像有效地克服了多焦面问题,能够保证后续图像识别的准确性。
The problem of multi-focus should be resolved in Automatic fibre cross section image capturing system. The method proposed in the paper divides the image into several sub-images, then calculates the optimized focus for each sub-image. The value of pixels near the dividing area is modified to eliminate the artefacts caused by image dividing. The experimental results demonstrate that the method in the paper improved the image quality apparently, that is crucial for following image processing algorithms.
