摘要 通过发动机试验测试,分析了机械自动变速传动系统的动力性换挡控制规律的求取过程,着重研究了降挡控制规律的获取方法,提出在求取降挡规律时要注意各挡最小车速,以免造成发动机熄火的观点。对所求得的换挡控制规律中不合理之处进行了修正,并将其应用于实车的控制器开发中。 The method to get the dynamic gear-shift law of automated mechanical transmission was introduced, which was based on the experimental data from a car engine. The up-shift law was presented at first and then the special attention was paid to the down-shift law, which was determined by a ratio and the up-shift law. The viewpoint of paying attention to the minimum velocity while developing down-shift law was put forward. In order to apply it to develop practical controller, which needs data storage capacity as lower as possible, the results have been analyzed and the irrational results among them were eliminated. applied to develop practical controller, showed that the method popularized.
