摘要 通过对离心泵实际性能曲线形成的分析,总结归纳了性能曲线产生驼峰的机理,提出离心泵理论性能曲线的斜率绝对值对性能曲线的稳定性有着重要的影响。在产品设计和产品试验阶段为了避免性能曲线产生驼峰,推荐应采取的相关设计方法和补救措施。同时又提出为了消除驼峰,在设计和改进过程中应注意的几个重要问题。 Based on analyzing the formation of centrifugal pump real performance curves, the reason of hump was described, the idea of the slope absolute value of the theoretical performance curve have great influence upon the stability of the curve was pointed out, the suggestions of taking measures against the hump in design and experiment stage were made. At the same time, some important problems were put forward for designers to consider in order to avoid hump during design. The viewpoints have some instructed for acknowledging and eliminating hump.
