摘要
研制了基于机器视觉技术的鸭蛋品质无损检测系统中的鸭蛋壳厚分级模型。阐述了壳厚试验的装置和方法,并对试验数据进行分析,根据不同新鲜度水平得到不同模型。试验结果表明,无论是白壳蛋还是青壳蛋,其蛋壳厚度K与颜色参数H、S、I三个变量之间存在显著线性相关关系。试验所得两组模型可以作为鸭蛋品质无损检测系统的部分模型直接用于壳厚检测。
The duck egg shell thickness grading model based on computer vision was developed. The tester and the measurement method were described. The data was analyzed and corresponding mathematical models were established by different greenness. The result indicated that whether green-shell egg or white-shell egg, the linear correlativity was presented between duck egg shell thickness grade K and color message (H, S, I). As part of models, the two models can be used in the system directly.
