催化聚合合成的聚苯乙烯的结构分析 被引量:1

摘要 由双-(β-酮苯胺)镍(II)/MAO新型催化体系催化聚合制得苯乙烯聚合物,用1H NMR1、3C NMR、FT-IR、DSC及WAXD等技术对聚合物进行了结构和性能的表征。通过1H NMR1、3C NMR分析,证实该体系催化聚合得到无规聚苯乙烯(aPS);DSC结果表明,聚合物的玻璃化温度为Tg=66.6℃;WAXD结果分析表明,所得聚苯乙烯为非晶态,但在较短范围内表现出有序的特征。所有聚合物均可溶于氯仿、2-丁酮、丙酮、甲苯、四氢呋喃、氯苯、邻-二氯苯等有机溶剂中。 Styrene has been catalyzed polymerization by using the novel catalytic system based on bis - ( β - keto- phenylamino) nickel( Ⅱ)/MAO. The microstructures and properties of the obtained polystyrene have been characterized and tested by means of ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, FTIR, DSC, and WAXD technique. The polymer is confirmed to be atactic polymers by analyzing the ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR of α - H and phenyl C - 1 of polystyrene. The polymer showed lower glass - transition temperature, and exhibited noncrystalline but had short - range order. All polymers are soluble in organic solvents, such as chlorideform, acetone, 2 - butanone, THF, toluene, chlorobenzene, and o - dichlorobenzene.
