摘要 Vascular disease are main cause of lethal outcome for people among the world.Abnormalities of lipid, blood pressure and bloodsugar may increase risk for cardiovascular disease. In china, more than 3,000,000 persons died from myocardial infarction and strokeper year,50% of all died persons every year.Today, new vascular disease patients were more younger than before. In order to prevent severe vascular events,Chinese ministry of health approved to implement early vascular disease detection tech-nique popularizing project In June,2004.Our guideline include some reliable parameters for systemic evaluating early vascular disease.Pulse pressure may be an simple index to reflect arterial stiffness.Ultrasound could be used for detecting endothelial dysfunction andearly atherosclerosis(carotid IMT) and arterial cross-sectional elasticity.Large arterial and small arterial elasticity could also be usedfor arterial function evaluation.Ankle-brachial index would be useful for identifying lower limbs arterial occlusion. All above, thecomprehensive appliance of detection techniques can identify vascular disease earlier and prevent acute vascular events.
