Strategic Advantage Base and Approach Gained for It in Football Match

运用管理学有关理论阐述足球比赛的内涵,理论结合实践,探究足球比赛中致胜的战略优势基础和获得途经。研究结果认为,了解双方的实力对比、发挥优势资源、扬长避短是获得战略优势的基础,比赛阵形的正确配置,战术的合理运用,球员的积极配合是获得战略优势的途经。

Through using the theory of management, this paper explained the connotation and combination of theory with practice of football match, discussed the strategic advantage base of winning the game and approach gained for it. The result showed that it was the base for gaining the strategic advantage to understand the strength of both sides, fully play the function of predominance and use the strength and avoid the weakness, while the correct layout of team lineup, rational tactics and active cooperation of players were the approach gained for it.
