中国电子政务的可持续性发展

电子政务的出现为政府突破现有时间、空间、流程上的限制提供了有效途径,并有助于构建高效、廉洁、透明的政府。但目前,如何在“简单交互”阶段后继续充分发挥电子政务的效用,突破发展中的“瓶颈”,成为备受关注的问题。本文分析了我国电子政务的特点及发展中存在的问题,并针对电子政务的可持续性发展提出了建议。

The constructing of E- government, as an approach to break through the limitations of time,space and processes, accelerates the implementation of the efficient, uncorrupted,transparent government. But until now, the whole service level of our E- government is still on the Simple Transaction stage. How to break through the bottleneck and apply it into usual life has been concerned by the whole country. This paper analyses the characteristic of E - government in China and proposes some solutions to the sustainable development.
