摘要
本文讨论用单片机构成PWM电液比例放大器的硬件和软件设计。该放大器能寻优PWM的频率,能补偿校正比例电磁铁固有的滞回,能输出多种时间——电流波形,对流过电磁铁的电流进行PID闭环控制。具有结构简单、调试方便、功耗小、成本低廉的优点。
This paper discusses the design of the hardware and software for PWM electrohydraulic proportional amplifier made up of single chip processor. The amplifier has such characteristics as searching for optimal frequency of PWM, compensating and correcting inherent hysteresis loop of proportional electromagnet, to output many kinds of time-current waveform, taking P1D closed loop control for the current flowing over the electromagnet etc. Furthermore, it has also such advantages as simple structure, convenient adjustment and test, low power consumption and low cost.
