摘要
我国高校当前正处于转型时期。综合性大学转向教学研究性大学、单科性院校向多科性大学转变是教育、社会和经济发展的必然要求。科学发展观因其理论的科学性、前瞻性、全面性,成为21世纪单科性院校向多科性大学发展的新指针,对于单科性院校的发展具有指导意义。
Chinese colleges and universities are in a transformation period. It is a necessary requirement by the development of education, society and economy for the comprehensive universities to transform into teaching and researching universities, for single-subject colleges into multi-subject universities. Due to its scientific theories, its forward prospective view, and its comprehensiveness, the scientific development view has become a new indicator for single-subject colleges developing into multi-subject universities with directing significance.
