安喜培对美洲李贮藏性及品质的影响 被引量:1

The Effect of Ansip on America Plum's Storage and Quality

摘要 利用保鲜剂安喜培和卡多赞联合处理美洲李,贮藏90 d,果实腐烂率显著低于清水对照,与安喜培单独处理差异不显著;果实硬度显著高于安喜培单独处理和对照;固酸比和维生素C的含量显著高于对照;可溶性固形物含量和果实褐变率,3个处理之间差异不显著。 Compound preservatives of Ansip and Kadozan applied in America plum(Brown plum),storged for 90 d,the results showed that the fruit rot rate was obviously lower than the contrast.That is nearly the same as the effects of Ansip alone.The fruit firmness is obviously higher than that of the other two processes and the SSC/TC and the contents of Vitamine C is remarkably higher than that of the CK,but it doesn't show significant difference in contents of soluable water extracts and fresh browning rate among the three treatments.
