管道事故可能性综合评估对安全管理具有重要作用,考虑用模糊综合评判法进行,权重确定采用改良的德尔菲法。
Comprehensive evaluation of the possibility of pipeline accidents plays an important role in the safety management. Fuzzy comprehensive judgement is considered, and improved Delphi technique is a-dopted for defining the weighting.
