原发性骨质疏松骨折的治疗费用2003年统计

Statistics on cost of primary osteoporotic fractures in 2003

目的通过该统计来了解我院2003年用于与原发性骨质疏松症有关的骨折治疗费用情况,充实骨质疏松性骨折治疗费用的我国资料。方法对上海交通大学附属第六人民医院的骨科患者2003年中股骨颈、股骨粗隆间、桡骨远端、胸椎骨折和腰椎骨折的55岁以上、绝经2年以上女性患者住院天数、治疗费用进行统计。结果2003年中,股骨颈骨折为152人,平均住院天数为22d,平均每人每年所需治疗费用12368.91元;股骨粗隆间骨折为101人,平均住院天数为23d,平均每人每年所需治疗费用10620.85元;桡骨远端骨折为15人,平均住院天数为18d,平均每人每年所需治疗费用6354.11元;胸椎骨折3人,腰椎骨折1人,平均住院天数为31d,平均每人每年所需治疗费用8168.67元。结论在上海第六人民医院2003年单是因以上骨折而住院的女性患者,其治疗费用为3080766.23元。

Objective To collect the data about the cost of primary osteoporotic fractures in 2003 in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Jiaotong University Affiliated Sixth People＇s Hospital. Methods The cost and length of stay of the osteoporotic women who were admitted this department, were collected and analysed. The enrollment criteria were as follows ： aged 55 or over, being menapause≥ 2 years, fractures of neck and intertrochanteric regions of the femur,distal radius, thoracic vertebra and lumber vertebra. Results In 2003, The number of patients who suffered from different kind of fracture, the average stay in the hospital and the average cost of each person per year were：fracture of the neck of femur： 152,22 d, 12368.19 yuan（RMB） ;fracture of the intertrochanteric regions of the femur： 101,23 d, 10620.85 yuan（RMB） ;fracture of distal radius： 15,18 d, 6354.11 yuan （RMB） ; fracture of the thoracic vertebra and lumber vertebra ：3 and 1 for each, 31 d, 8168.67 yuan （ RMB ）. Conclusions The total therapeutic cost of the patieats with osteoporotic fractures every year in Shanghai Jiaotong University Affiliated Sixth People＇s Hospital is about 3080766.23 yuan（RMB）.
