摘要
本文首次提出智能控制（模糊控制）方案对ＭＩＧ焊熔滴过渡进行在线实时控制。基于ＦＵＺＺＹ控制理论和工艺实验研究结果，对自适应模糊控制进行硬、软件系统设计。焊接试验表明，此方案是可行的。
In this paper.intelligent control method is put forward first to realize droplet transfer realtime control on line.Based on fuzzy control theory and a lot of tests,self-adaptability fuzzy control hardware and software system is designed and the welding experimental results show that this method is successful.
