Illumination of main circuits of forcign typical inverter ARC welding power source

本文剖析了五种以ＭＯＳＦＥＴ或ＩＧＢＴ为主开关元件的（３ｌ５Ａ档）国外名牌逆变弧焊电源的主电路结构、特点，并就其关键器件做了阐述，可供逆变弧焊电源设计时参考。

In this thesis the main circuits constructions and characters of five forcign famous inverter welding power sources(grade 315A) using MOSFET or IGBT as main switching devices are illuminated,and their devices are introduced as well.
