河北省固定资产投资效果及滞后效应分析

On the effect and lag in the investment in the fixed assets in Hebei Province

河北省固定资产投资效果高于全国平均水平,且波动幅度较小,滞后期的固定资产投资效果系数与同期的波动趋势一致。提高河北省固定资产投资效果应从深化投资体制改革,完善投融资体系,建立投资项目绩效评估制度,加快项目建设进度等方面入手。

While the effect of the fixed asset investment is higher in Hebei than the Chinese average index with little fluctuation, the lag and its fluctuation of that in Hebei remain basically similar with the effect. This paper argues that the efficiency of the effect of the fixed asset investment lies in the fact that the investment system needs further reforms with effective mechanisms of evaluation and skillful management.
