移膜革硫化成型的研究

The Study on Vulcanization Molding of Transfer-film Leather

研究了移膜革硫化成型效果的影响因素,结果表明,在移膜革生产中,所选用的二层皮、着色剂及稀释溶剂是其主要的影响因素。纤维紧密的牛二层皮其硫化成型效果较纤维松散的牛二层皮优异;面料层基础配方中,着色剂使用色砂,其硫化成型效果较使用色浆好;粘合层基础配方中,稀释溶剂使用二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)与甲乙酮(MEK)的混合溶剂,比单纯使用MEK的硫化成型效果好。

The effects of vulcanization molding of transfer-film leather were discussed. The results show that underlayer oxhide, coloring agent and diluent solvent are the important effects of producing transfer-film leather, fiber close cowhide its vulcanization molding to compare the fiber loose cowhide to be outstanding. In the lining level foundation formula, the coloring agent use color granulated substance, its vulcanization molding to use the color thick liquid to be good. In the agglutination level foundation formula, the effect of the dilution solvent using DMF-MEK is better than that using MEK.
