摘要
阐述了对地观测卫星地面管理控制系统的认知和理解。针对多传感器、多任务类型的资源卫星进行统一规划、集中管理和任务追踪的需求,以提高卫星和地面资源的利用率为目的,采用领域工程的方法,进行了航天管理控制领域的领域分析和领域设计。提出了多星多任务管理控制体系结构,以期满足未来航天对地观测系统可重构和可扩充的能力要求。
This paper describes the understanding on earth observation satellite ground segment mission control system. In accordance with the requirement of integrated planning,managing and task-tracking on the resource satellite with multi-sensor and multi-task,and to aimed at improving the utilization of satellite and ground resource, domain engineering, domain-analyzing and domain-designing are used and a mission control system architecture with multi-satellite and multi-task is provided in this paper. We expect the architecture being capable of meeting the requirement of reconstruction and expansion ability for earth observation system in the future.
