摘要
国华准格尔电厂2号机组自投产以来,轴系2、3号轴承原始振动值达75μm左右,1号轴承轴颈在盘车状态下晃度大。2003年底,2号机组2、3号轴承频繁出现间歇性振动,最大峰值达134μm。2003年8月中旬以来,发电机7号轴承振动在增负荷时呈较大的增长趋势,最大达103μm,已严重影响到机组的正常稳定运行。通过对机组轴系振动在线监测数据和基建期间安装遗留问题的综合讨论分析,制定了相应的检修方案,在2004年初大修中实施后较好地解决了这些问题。
Since putting unit no.2 at Guohua Zhunge’er Power Plant into operation, the original vibration of bearings no.2 and 3 in the shafting system reached about 75μm. The shaking of shaft neck in bearing no.1 was remarkable under condition of turning. At the end of year 2003, intermitent vibration also occurred frequently on bearings no.2 and 3 of unit no.2, max. peak value of vibration reached 134 μm. From middle ten days of August in 2003, the vibration of bearing no.7 concerning the generator in load augmentation has grater increasing tendency, max. value reaching 103 μm. affecting seriously normal and stable operation of the unit. Through comprehensive discussion and analysis of the on-line monitoring data for shaft vibration of the unit, as well as of problems left over during installation period in capital construction, corresponding repair scheme has been worked out. After implementation of said scheme in major repair at the begining of 2004, the above-mentioned problems have been fairly well solved.
