摘要
韶关发电厂9号200MW汽轮机在起停过程中存在上、下缸温差大,造成转子弯曲等问题。通过诊断试验,分析了故障产生的影响因素,并采取相应的改进措施,改进后消除了上、下缸温差大的安全隐患。
The existing problems, such as big temperature difference between upper and lower casings, as well as rotor bending etc., during process of start-up and shut-down of steam turbine no.9 in Shaoguan Power Plant have been described. Through diagnostic test, the affecting factors produced by the faults have been analysed, and corresponding measures being taken. Finally, the hidden danger puzzling safety in start-up and shut-down of the said unit has been removed.
