摘要
电动助力车在使用中经常出现过充/过放情况,为提高电池耐过充/过放性能以延长电池寿命,作者从以下几方面着手改进:(1)正、负极及电解液添加剂的选用;(2)正、负极板栅及活物质的配比;(3)改进工艺,包括添加剂的预混合、和膏、生极板的处理、化成、电池活化及装配压力等。试验结果表明达到了预期效果。
It is often the case that electric bike batteries suffer from overcharge/overdiscbarge. In order to enhance their endurance capability in these restricts and prolong their service life, a great number of researches have been done in the following areas: (1) selection of additives for positive and negative material and electrolyte; (2) propotioning of positive and negative material and grid thickness ratio; (3) processing improvement including premix of additives, green plate curing, formation, battery activation and assembly pressure, etc. The results obtained from tests have proved satisfactory.
