摘要
本文对企业横向一体化经营模式的两种具体实现形式——企业资源计划ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)和供应链管理SCM(Supply Chain Management)进行了介绍,对它们整合的可行性进行了研究。分析了SCM和ERP实现思想上的相似性,在具体的功能方面具有很多重合的部分,描述了SCM和ERP整合的内容和接口。
In this article we introduce two kinds of management mode ERP Enterprise Resource Planning and SCM Supply Chain Management, and study their integration possibility. It analyzes there are similarities between SCM and ERP and they have many coincides in some part. Integration content and interface are introduced.
