摘要
研究了由单片机组成微控制器的电磁振动给料机,固体流量计用于检测物料流量,根据系统特点,设计了PID控制实现自动化给料闭环控制。
The paper studies the electromagnetic vibration feeder controlled by the microcontroller composed by single-chip processor. The solid flow meter is used for measuring feeding flux. According to the sys temic characteristic, it also designs the PID controller to realize the automatic feeding closed-loop control system.
