摘要
通过对WC8自卸式防爆胶轮车后机架焊接件的变形分析,结合焊接应力变形理论,指出了影响车架焊接变形的结构因素和工艺因素,并提出了控制焊接变形的方法及预防措施。
By analysis to the welding deformation of the rear carcase of WC8 self-dumping anti-explosion truck with rubber tire, the paper com- bines the deformation theory of welding stress to indicate the struc- tural and technical factors that affect the welding deformation of carcase, and provides the method to control the welding deformation and the preventive measures.
