摘要
介绍了外装式透气砖热更换技术在保证外装式透气砖的安全性的基础上,大幅度减少了钢包维修时间,提高了钢包的周转率,成为解决攀钢全连铸生产“瓶颈”问题的重要措施之一。
One of the key measures of improving the producing efficiency of the continuous casting ladle in Panzhihua Vanadium - recovering and steelmaking plant has been introduced in this paper. By this technology, the ladle repairing time which is due to the replacement of argon purging plug from the bottom of ladle has decreased greatly, while the velocity has increased accordingly on the base of safety of ladle lining.
