介绍了线粒体DNA(mtDNA)的结构特点和功能,对突变类型和可能的机制进行了分析。着重阐述了电离辐射所致的mtDNA突变,对利用mtDNA突变建立辐射生物剂量计的可行性作了初步探讨。
In this article, the structural characteristics and function of mitochondrial DNA (mDNA) are described, with types and possible mechanisms of mtDNA mutations analysed. Emphasis is on the relationship between radiation exposure and mtDNA mutations.
