摘要
着重从Si3N4的原料选择、成分设计、烧结及疲劳寿命角度对Si3N4陶瓷的环境适应性进行了论述。指出Si3N4作为一种新型的刀具材料在金属切削加工中具有十分重要的作用,同时也是一种高性能、长寿命的环境适应性材料,具有十分广阔的应用前景。
The properties of Environmental Suitable Material St3N4 are briefly discussed in view of the selection of raw materiaLcomposition design, sintering and fatigue life. The results show that Si3N4 material has imPOrtant effect as a new type of toolmaterial in metal machining. Si3N4 is environmental suitable material with high strength and long serviCe life also, so it has thebroad Prospects of application.
