摘要
直线电动机在数控机床应用实现了所谓零传动,负载侧的干扰没有受到衰减,宜于采用H∞鲁棒控制方法抑制扰动的影响。为减小或消除摩擦对低速精加工时伺服特性的干扰,采用磁悬浮技术是一个根本的解决方案。直线电动机正好集直接驱动、水平推力控制与垂直力磁悬浮控制于一身,是未来数控机床伺服驱动的发展方向之一。
In the application of the machine tools, the linear motor implements so-called zero drive. The disturbances of the load side are not subjected to attenuation, so H∞ robust control method is suitable to suppress the influence of the disturbances. To reduce or eliminate the disturbance of the friction to the servo performance in low speed precision machining, adopting the magnetic suspension technology is an ultimate solving scheme. The direct drive control, horizontal thrust control and vertical force magnetic suspension control are just collected in the linear motor, this is a development aspect of the sorvo drive in machine tool in the future.
