摘要
钛的α相选区电子衍射花样(SADP)标定的实践表明,现有的方法,包括标准图表和计算机程序在标定时只能对h.c.p.结构晶体部分的SADP实现正确的标定。运用纯hkl法和根据h.c.p.结构衍射条件及二次衍射规律编制的分析用计算机程序,可实现h.c.p.
The indexing of single crystal SADP of titanium shows that present methods, including standard map and table and computer program, only could correctly indexed a part of SADPs of h.c.p. structure. A computer program has been made according to diffraction condition of h.c.p. structure and law of double diffraction. And all of SADPs of h.c.p. structure could be indexed correctly with the program.
