摘要
马钢11#高炉通过扩容改造,技术装备水平大为提高。由于采用无料钟炉顶以及不断改善原燃料条件和优化高炉操作,马钢11#高炉开炉达产顺利,投产第10天利用系数就达到3.088 t/m3.d,之后又连续9个月的平均利用系数达到3.335 t/m3.d,开创了马钢中型高炉冶炼的新阶段。
Recently Masteel's No. 11 BF underwent a major overhaul, resulting in a new BF much more advanced in technology and equipment. It reached a productivity of 3. 088 t/m3 ·d by the 10^th day after blow-in due to the adoption of bell-less top, continual improvement in raw fuel quality and optimization of operation. The average productivity during the next 8 months has been as high as 3. 335 t/m^3· d, marking a new era in the medium-size BF operation of Masteel.
