摘要
随着改革的深化、市场经济体制的确立和中国加入WTO,我国传统工业项目建设管理模式存在许多问题,导致效率低,投入成本高。文章从10kt/a高精度稀土铜带项目建设过程中,针对具体比较突出问题,就目前的建筑市场条件,提出了自己的设想与建议。
Many problems exist in the traditional management mode of China such as low efficiency and high cost, Ideas and proposals are presented in the light of some prominent problems and based on the experience in the construction of the 10KT/a High Precision Lanthanon Copper Strip Project of Xinke.
