摘要
目的:研究竹节草Polygomun aviculane地上部分的化学成分。方法:硅胶柱色谱及薄层色谱法分离纯化,经理化性质及波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到7种酚类化合物,经结构鉴定为:迷迭香酸(1),没食子酸(2),龙胆酸5-O-(6′-O-没食子酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),咖啡酸(4),对香豆酸(5),咖啡酸乙酯(6)和acteoside(7)。结论:化合物1,3,6,7为首次从该植物中分离得到。酚类成分的鉴定为该植物的生物活性研究提供了新的理论依据。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Polygomun aviculane, Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and preparative silica thin layer chromatography, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical evidences and spectroscopic analysis (IR, MS, ^1H and ^13G-NMR). Result: Seven phenolic compounds were identified as roamarinie acid (1), gallic acid (2), gentisie acid 5-O-(6'-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), caffeic acid (4), pcoumaric acid (5), ethyl caffeate (6) and acteoside (7), respectively,Conclusion: Compounds 1, 3, 6 and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time. These results provided theoretical evidences for the further bioactive investigation on this plant.
