Control and Management Integration Based on Web Services

基于WebServices的管控一体化系统,由服务实现层及应用层组成。实现层提供服务,其远程工控服务系统含监控设备和监控模块,管理系统含管理模块和数据源。应用层包括UDDI注册中心、SOAP路由器、服务组合库、实时处理系统、用户界面等。以一制造执行系统为例,采用Microsoft技术构建,其管理服务含生产计划及质量管理模块。每条生产线生产过程控制各由一个控制服务模块提供,信息实时处理器通过用户界面向管理员提供服务。

The control and management integration system based on Web Services consists of the service realization layer and the service application layer. Realization layer provides the services, its remote industrial control system contains the monitor devices and the monitor module; the management system contains the management module and the data source. The application layer includes the UDDI registration center, the SOAP router, the services combination library, the real-time handler system, the user interface and so on. Take the MES （Manufacture and Execution System） as example, it is based on the Microsoft techniques and its management services contain the production plan module and quality management module. A control services module provides the production process control of each production line, and the information real-time handler provides services for consumer by means of the administrator interface.
