摘要 粉末活性炭喷射装置,通过控制螺旋电子称和风机工作,实现气流输送参数的现场控制。当管路内无粉末活性炭、管路内混合气体浓度与规定值不同时,固体流探测器发出信号。当空气压力损失不正常或管路阻塞时,输送空气压力报警装置自动报警,并停止螺旋电子称供料。系统气流输送须考虑气流速度、空气压力等因素。风机根据计算空气量和总压力损失的数值进行选择。 The real-time control of air transportation parameters is realized by injection device of powder activated carbon through controlling the operations of screw electronic weigher and blower. The solid stream sensor sent out signals when there was shortage of powder activated carbon or mixed gas concentrations varied from the set value. The air conveyor alarmed when air pressure loss was abnormal or tube blocked, and the feeding to screw electronic weigher was stopped at the same time. Airflow velocity and pressure are taken into consideration in systematic air transportation. And blowers are chosen according to calculation of air volume and total pressure loss.
