摘要
案例教学作为一种启发式教学方法训练学生协作技能、培养学生人际关系处理和沟通能力、语言表达能力的有效载体,在高职货币银行学教学中,采用案例教学,发挥着良好的教学效果。它可以激发学生学习的自主性和学习热情,通过学生的独立思考或集体协作,进一步提高学生认识、分析和解决某一具体问题的能力,同时培养学生建立正确的管理理念、工作作风、沟通能力和协作精神。
As an inspirational methodology, case-study instruction trains students' team-working skills, foster social relation method. It is also an effective carrier of language expression training. The practice of case-study instruction in higher vocational currency and banking course caninspire students' independence and enthusiasm in studying. Student's independent thinking and team-working can further their understandins, analysis and solution capabilities. It can nourish their correct management idea,working style, communicative capability and team-work spirit.
