随着计算机技术的广泛应用与普及,大学计算机教育已不再是零起点。目前,大学计算机基础教育的任务、教学内容及教学形式等都需要适应新形势的要求,确立新的计算机基础教学培养目标、教学模式、建立计算机基础教学新的评价机制和设立全新的计算机基础课程方案。

With the extensive usage and wide spread of computer technology, college computer science education is no longer for beginners. Nowadays, the tasks, contents and form of college computer science fundamental education are urged to keep up the pace of new situation. It is necessary to form new training aim, new methodology, form computer fundamental education criterion, and consolidate an all-new basic computer science course.
