压力分配阀在中途钻柱测试中的应用

Application of Pressure Distribution Valve in Testing Stem of Open Hole Test.

在中途钻柱测试管柱中,裸眼封隔器间设置压力分配阀,可调节裸眼封隔器间的液柱压力,使静液柱压力平均分配到每只封隔器上,克服单个封隔器不能承受高测试压差而导致的失封, 对胶结疏松层段或有垂直裂缝层段的井解决坐封井段特别有利。就压力分配阀在中途钻柱测试中的作用及工作原理进行说明,针对其在深井中应用时调节压力偏低的不足,提出了增加氮气室的观点。现场应用获得良好效果。

Pressure distribution valve mounting at open hole packer in testing stem of open hole can adjust hydraulic pressure between packers to ensure static hydraulic pressure allotting to every packer average which overcomes single packer is leakage for not being endured big difference pressure, is good at solving setting of packer in loose cementation section and perpendicular crack layer. The role of it and its working principle is explained and viewpoint of adding nitrogen unit for lack of too low of pressure adjustment in deep well is presented which has reached a good effect.
