摘要
纺织复合材料的发展,对原料的性能提出了更高的要求。金属玻璃由于其特有非晶态的结构,在强力、耐腐蚀方面与传统材料相比有优异的性能。介绍了金属玻璃的结构特点、生产原理和优异的性能。结合金属玻璃材料的发展现状提出将金属玻璃纤维用于纺织复合材料,并分析其最合理的方向是应用于纬编针织复合材料。
As the developing of fabric composite material, high performance material is required. The metallic glass have super performance in strength, corrosion-resistant etc, compared to traditional material because of its amorphous structure. This article introduces metallic glass's structure, theory of produdtion and character, and according the the existing circumstances of metallic glass development, it suggest that the glass material is fit to be made into textile composites, and it is best to be produced to be weft knitted fabric composites.
