本文结合中外刑法学说,试图对几个关于避险意思的重要论点进行细致入微的技术性研析,以准确地把握其内涵与外延,科学地确定其定义与范畴。
Based on the Criminal Laws home and broad, this essay tries to dissect delicately many important arguments of averting danger, It defines the intension and extension of averting danger and gives the scientific explanation to the scope and circumscription of averting danger.
